The Contract Manager manages and develops its partner campsite portfolio primarily in France for the Homair brand but additionally supports other European Camping Group brands in other European territories.

The main objective of the role is the successful negotiation of the right number of emplacements to the right quality at the right price in the right place and at the right time. The successful candidate will also follow through the negotiations to ensure the right accommodation units are placed on the right emplacements.

A key aspect of the role will be to look for growth for the Homair brand, in line with market demand, while managing the current site portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Contract Manager and the central logistics function to advise on appropriate fleet allocation and investment requirements.

Main duties of the role:

  • Negotiation of price, volume and product quality (campsite and pitches; including pitch selection) in line with agreed targets

  • Development of campsite portfolio in line with demand

  • Act as the main point of contact for liaison between the campsite and the company

  • Cost forecasting

  • Proactively manage quality as well as monitor and action quality feedback as appropriate

  • Invoice & payment control

  • Regular reporting on above objectives to Senior Management through regular analysis of KPIs

  • Creating awareness of market trends & ongoing involvement in product development

  • Supporting the operations teams during the summer season as well as the winter planning phase

  • Liaison with internal customers including marketing, commercial and logistics to ensure that the product is brought to market at the right time and to the right standard

  • Input into group partner contracting, supporting our other brands within the group where appropriate

  • Validating product information to ensure product is promoted correctly

  • Supporting the Senior Management in building the annual capacity plan by model for each site (i.e. agreeing qty of exits and entries by type)

  • Working with the central logistics function and the brand’s operation teams to ensure proper execution of the fleet plan whilst managing partner campsite expectations

  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by Senior Management.

  • Significant travel, sometimes at short notice, will be required. You will be the champion for the Homair brand and will be expected to spend the greater part of your time on the field with existing and prospective partner sites.

Compétences requises

Expected skills:

Excellent French and English, both written and verbal are essential, as is commercial awareness, preferably within the outdoor holiday sector.

The ideal candidate should have a very good working knowledge of Word and Excel and have very good analytical, organisational, administration and process management skills and be able to communicate at all levels.

Knowledge of the product would be an advantage.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude who is self-motivated and can work autonomously as well as part of the team. 


Position based in Aix-en-Provence, with numerous business trips.

The candidate must possess a current clean driving licence.

Occasional telecommuting is offered.
